I usually play on my DS. Or if you have school/uni/work-get some work done.

If you have a good flight attendent ask them what suggestions they have...i was just recently on a flight with southwest and the flight attendent(a man) let us to toilet paper races down the aisle...as long as the turbulence isnt too bad you could ask to do that...or if your not shy try making friends with the people around you. take surveys of them, listen to music, read a book/magazine, draw/color, or do homework if it's during the school year. Where are you going?? |

Well, it depends on the airline but some have seatback TV with live televison or a touch screen seatback TV with a choice of TV shows, movies, and games. Some have TVs that come down from over head, depending where you're sitting, you can get a clear picture, or just see a muck of purple and green. Check on the airline website to see what movies are playing on your flight.
If you arn't a fan of movies, or just want something else to do...
You can buy a couple magazines...and read them.
Read a book.
Play with a portable game system.
Sleep.
Listen to music.
Play cards.
Do word searches or crossword puzzles.

I assume you refer to sitting in coach. If you don't have a window seat, I think that anything is good as long as it takes your mind off that mouth breathing fat oaf sitting next to you, or the stinky baby. Reading would be my choice but music might be needed to take you away if your seated near really offensive people. |

I always take a fully charged ipod, some books, and I don't sleep much the day before so I can just sleep through a long ride. And I bring a deck of cards so I can play Solitaire, or I play something like poker or bridge if someone I know is there. |
