Honestly, you're pretty much set if it's only 4 hours. I often had to take a flight from Los Angeles to Orlando for business, which was 4.5 hours, and two magazines and a 5-hour podcast of my favorite radio program was sufficient. If you have a favorite podcast, consider loading a few of those into your iPod. Four hours go by very quickly. Happy travels! |

you mean 24 right? all those + sleeping would do it for me...Laptop...booklight...some little non-electronic-one-person-game-thing, like one of those puzzle things...that's pretty much all entertainment i can think of, (unless you play with dolls). |

Don't listen to them. I think you have plenty of things to keep you busy. Have a nice flight and take care of yourself. Do you like crossword puzzles? What about a portable DVD player for movies? You may have some restrictions on when to use it though.Good luck to you. |

What you have is perfect. Try sleeping as well. Writing really makes time go by for me. Have fun =) |

It will pass in no time. When I take long flights I divide it up into sections. First I spend the first half hour to hour after takeoff looking over the landscape (make sure you get a window seat) then settling myself into my seat getting out my books, etc from my bags in the overhead lockers and checking out all the movies and music channels in the inflight magazine. At this stage they usually serve a meal or refreshment which takes another half hour or so. Then I go to the toilet and check that out. Then I settle in for a movie, read a bit or listen to music and think about where I am going and what I will be doing. Soon enough another meal will arrive which takes up another half an hour, before i go back to the toilet again followed by another reading session. As soon as the captain says you will be landing soon I race to the loo again (before everyone else) and apply lipstick, do my hair etc. Then I go back to my seat and put all my stuff away in my bags and settle in for the landing. Trust me - if you divide your time between meals, visiting the toilet and a bit of a movie and organising yourself you won't have a chance to be bored. |

Four hours? Please. I have done dozens of flights longer than that, some of them almost five times that long.
By the time you listen to an hour of their music and an hour of your music, watched their movie and read their magazine, your flight is up.
When you have 17 hour and longer flights to fill, let me know and we'll talk. |

Visit audible.co.uk, and buy a story to listen too. It really works for me! |

If I were flying, that's what I'd take....
Yeah, write a diary or something of what was happening if you get bored.
I don't know if you can; but if you have a portable DVD player; take that. Lol.
Take a camera aswell to take pictures out of the windows, yeah, it can get boring, but it's something to do. |

Well you could take your phone (if your mum lets you), you could also take a post card to write on and give to me :)) By doing this write a lot of words, then through it out the plane window and pray that the post card will land to me... im serious
All the things you said is all that you would need |

Just daydream about the various ways that the plane could crash or explode. That should keep you entertained for a bit. |
