Yes....Try the airport lounge. It's real expensive to drink at airports, but at least you'll good and ripped when you get on the plane. Best of all you will be worry free. |

It must be a subconscious thing. It definitely sounds like a fear, but not specifically for the flight itself.
Get all your things in order before every flight, that way you won't be afraid to die.

Say this everytime the plane powers up for take off: 'I got a need for speed!'. Embrace this feeling and your fear will decrease. Now, with turbulence do this: think of yourself on a bumpy country road in a pick up truck. Doesn't seem so bad now does it? Planes are made for turbulance and most turb is way less than you would get on a road. Enjoy your flight! |

That's normal and will pass if you start taking care of your stress through diet exercise and meditation.

first off, you might want to do a little bit of self evaluating and try to remember if you've had any bad experiences flying or the time before you board. is there a memory that your associating with flying that makes you nervous? if you do remember a time that was nerve wrecking before pre-flight of durring, just try to control that thought and you may conquer your nervousness. or, you can do what i do, just drink yourself to sleep!! good luck.. |
