What Are The Legal Ages? Does Anyone Know? |
My friend (whos 17) and myself would like to go to Ibiza in june just after i leave school as im only 16 will this be possible to happen or will i need to wait untill shes 18? can someone help as we will need to book ASAP.

the plane wont be a problem but booking a hotel might be.
call the hotel that you plan on staying in and ask them if you need a person 18 or older to check into the hotel. and mention that your parent will be booking the room and it will be on their card and you will be going without them.
and if they say that you can then great but if they wont allow that.. then find another loophole.

16, and like most clubs you will have to be 18 or 21. I can't remember the rule out there :P When i went to Ibiza two years back with the family i didn't go to the clubbing sides on Ibiza, stayed to the more erm... less noisy part :P (south east side lol) |

Spain is like the UK the legal age is 18 not 21 like USA or Canada. |

The legal age to obtain a passport with out your parents consent, drive a car and have sex in New Zealand is 16 The legal age to drink and vote is 18. |

i'm sure you'll be fine for air travel, but i dont know if they will let you get a hotel. and also, you dont have to be 21 to get into the clubs! if you look old enough, or if you are like 16, that will allow you in. |

well the airline i'm flying with this year (ryanair) says that it's okay for groups of teenagers 14+ to travel now, until october when it's gonna be 16+ soooo you're fine.
HOWEVER, many hotels WILL say they need someone over the age of 18 there, so, eh, you can try.
oh, and, you shoulda booked your flights wayy earlier if you're travelling in June :) |
