Fly Southwest or Jet Blue-(cheapest) BUT you will not find them listed w/ Orbitz, Travelocity or others. You can book them on southwest.com or any travel agent can book Southwest and Jet Blue.

Going Places are a Travel Agency so sell whichever airline you want to fly with, if you are going on an Airtours Holiday (their Tour Operator) then you would usually fly with Mytravel Airways.
