I've used:

* KLM
* BWIA West Indies Airways/Caribbean Airlines
* Air Canada
* Air Transit
* EasyJet

Actually, my sister said we used CSA, not KLM. She said the landing papers said that we had a direct flight from Prague to Montreal on CSA but for some reason, she remembered it as KLM.

So my bad.

American (omg...they lost my luggage twice, got on the runaway and turned around saying the plane was broke, and then cancelled 45% of my air travel)

Alaska (very nice service; smooth and efficient)

Horizon Air (very little service)

United (just as bad as American)

Delta (nice service but they went bankrupt)
