Six hour flights aren't bad. Read a book or magazine. Crossword puzzles. Strike up a conversation with whoever is next to you (don't try to hard a lot of the time it's just not going to happen). Get up and hang out with the stewards. Drink a bottle of Robitussen... six hours really isn't that bad. |

Hi, do follow the simple relaxing exercises on board.....pre-flight: Don't have alcohol and heavy food. Get dressed with soft comfortable clothes. Have good rest. In-flight: Listen to the music, ifyou want read something..go ahead...or sit-back and sleep well.
Have nice wonderful flight !!! |

OK try to break down the 6 hours into half hour slots and assign a task to do for each half hour.
Like do a crossword. Bring along some stand up comedian's cd and have a listen, play a psp or gameboy. Read a book.
Every hour on the hour go for a walk around the plane. This will help stretch your legs.
By breaking down the six hours you will find that the time goes by quicker because you're not thinking of the next 3, 4 or 5 hours ahead, you're only thinking of what you're gonna be doing half an hour from now.
Hope this helps |

buy an inexpensive MP3 player if you don't already have one. Load it with instrumental music and whatever else you like. I used on on an overnight flight. I cannot sleep on airplanes but it was very helpful to close my eyes and listen to the music. |

Personally I'd read or listen to music. 6 hours isn't too long, and you'll probably get food and drink forced on you every hour or so! |

if the actual flight is that long most airlines will show an inflight movie.
Bring a good set of head pones so you dont need to use their cheep yucky ones.
You could bring a book to read.
You could bring your laptop and play games. (remember to disable any wi fi cards)
You could just sleep.
Have a great flight... I hope you are going somewhere fun. |
