Sleep. Bring your laptop or a portable dvd player and lots of dvds (oh I forgot about the battery) and watch movies, play cards, read, crossword puzzles. |

Believe or not, the best thing to do on a long flight is EXERCISE! There is a big possibility that long times of no activity will hamper your blood circulation within your legs causing cramps and/or clogs that might go into your brain giving you a stroke or a heart attack. That is why most long flight airlines have an exercise program for the passengers, but you don't have to follow or believe me. Go ahead do what those others are saying; only read or go to sleep, it might be you last nap. |
