You can carry on two items, not too big though cause It will have to fit in the overhead compartment or under your seat. If the suit case is small enough to fit in either of those places you could bring both...I have never been on a plane that would not let me check bags though and they can be as big as you need...you may pay extra for really heavy bags. Be careful about liquids you may be carrying on board, they have to be less than 3oz and all fit into a one quart ziplock bag, However you can bring anysize liquids in checked baggage.. hope I was helpful

a carry on is practically something that can fit through the security machines, if it goes through the lil hole and can get scanned then you can take it with you. Also no liquids, unless they are small and in a ziploc bag....

small suitcase is fine.
some people on business just bring the regular size suitcase and put it in the compartment above so they dont have to go through luggage check.
so, even a full size one is fine, if you dont want to chech any luggage in.

if you are taking a carry-on, that means you take a small suit case. you can't put any lighters, weapons, drugs, liquids. etc in the bag.

and read all of it, they are very specific on what you can and cannot bring.
a "checked" bag means luggage that goes in the compartment underneath the plane, but if you can only take carry-ons then this is not an option for you.

you can bring a duffle bag and a small suitcase! I travel alot and i bring on 2 peices. as long as they dont weigh too much!

carry ons are something that u can like carry on the plane without much trouble so it would probably be a duffle bag or a small suitcase.. hmm not sure, just call the airplane people so u dont look stupid

Ye im pretty sure a small suit-case will be fine! I went on holiday 6months ago and a few ppl had small suitcases on the plane.

my mom said we could only bring carry ons so we looked on the airlines to see the measurments and we brought our suitcases because they fit the requirements, my dad actually had a suitcase that was made to be the maximum size for the overhead, you can bring a suitcase and a big purse as your personal item. because you can have one carry on, and one personal item so i brought a laptop with a case and filled up the case with magazines and my wallet and gum and other crap
