The BAA Stansted website has the full up to date list of current regulations. Link:

http://www.stanstedairport.com/portal/page/STN%5EAirport+Information%5ESecurity+Control/6af14dbac9e5d010VgnVCM10000036821c0a____/448c6a4c7f1b0010VgnVCM200000357e120a____/

In case that's too long and doesn't work, go to www.baa.com, click on Stansted then follow the links to the Security page.

If you are in the UK, take a look at the British Airports Authority website page for Stanstead Airport:

http://www.baa.com/portal/page/STN%5EAirport+Information%5ESecurity+Control/6af14dbac9e5d010VgnVCM10000036821c0a____/448c6a4c7f1b0010VgnVCM200000357e120a____/

Hope that helps!

Happy travels!

Hey Princess......

Go to the TSA..... Web site.... AND .... PRINT OUT THE LIST..!

Note the.... " LIST ".... Changes.... Periodically....!

I traveled extensively.... and find that the... TSA.... People... at Airports... OFTEN DO NOT KNOW.... what you can take and... what You Cannot TAKE!

I always ask for a Supervisor and then Show HIM / HER... their List!

Thanks, RR

no liquids bigger than 3oz. everything like make up other harmless liquids you must put it in a ziplock bag.. this is very important, i've seen people that had to throw away make up and other liquid things because it wasn't in a ziplock bag..
don't take anything like nail-clippers, knivez (obviously), or anything that you can harm someone with.. your ipod or cell phone you can take with you.. no video cameras though..
Hey go to yahoo search.. "airport rules" you'll find everything you need to know before your trip.. good luck!!

Not very much! Be very careful as to what you bring on airliners as they may be able to actually deny you access to the aircraft and your scheduled flight! There are obvious answers of course, no firearms, explosives or gases. There are also restrictions as far as mouth wash, toothpaste, and other beauty products. The airline you are flying with should have detailed information on it's database, or you may visit the attached web site for general info. Be extra careful if you will be traveling with any sort of medication. if you are a smoker you may not bring a cigarette lighter. You may however carry a book of matches. There are also restrictions concerning laptop computers as well as mobil fone units.
