What can you bring on a plane these days?

I'm flying from Dublin to Barcelona with Iberia next Tuesday. This is the first time I've flown since they introduced all those new rules about what you can and can't bring. I know I can't bring anything sharp or pointy. Could somebody tell me what I can bring in terms of hand luggage? Thanks.
