Listen to their music, listen to your music, watch their movies, watch your movies, eat, drink, sleep...

watch the inflight movie if they have one, sleep, bring a portable game.

most airplanes have on flight movies which always take up my time. and occasionally video games.
i also do logic puzzles and brain teasers but alot of people arnt into those. i sometimes bring a pack of cards and play games.
i read, i listen to my ipod (although some planes have music stations you can tune into) i sketch and i sleep

Believe me, once you get on-board, you will not be lacking activities to pursue. Take a sleeping pill; that should knock you out for a couple of hours. I suggest "Simply Sleep". Or, listen to music and read a book. A personal television might be on the seat, so you could watch television. You will not be bored.

I always fly Singapore Airlines and they have inflight entertainment. Always time to catch up on all the movies that I missed or waiting to rent. The last time i travel, i watched 5movies straight. Felt a bit zoned out. lol.

If not, bring your own ipod.

Some airlines nowadays allow you to plug in your own thumbdrive so you can store your videos or work.

well it depends on the Airline. Some airlines have on board movies (or even your own choice of movies). Otherwise I would recommend bringing and mp3 or cd player So that you can listen to music. Who knows, it may even lol you to sleep through the whole flight?

You can bring crossword puzzles, you music player Ex.iPOD. you can bring your laptop if you have one. watch a movie on the plane. take picures out the window. knit, sleep, there are many things you can do to pass the time. make a new friend on the plane.

Try and be tired when you get on then you can sleep plenty. I always take a travel pillow. There will be a choice of movies and food and drinks come around take something to read. take a walk around the aisle. time will soon go.
