About damn time.If they had done this after 9/11 maybe we wouldn't have so many problems now. |

It's absolutely crazy, but it is suppose to be a temporary enforcement until they approve other means of detecting chemicals |

I think it's needed. If putting ones stuff in a carry on bag even has the remotest chance of not having my butt blown into little bits then I all for it.
Also, a side benefit is according to a report by Chicago news stations with people putting stuff in their carryons the line through security is zipping right along. |

Electronics weren't banned, just all liquids, at least for domestic US flights. Here's the TSA link that lists all carry on restrictions. It's always best to check the TSA website before your flight to check for updates.

well, it might suck and take so long for the people travelling but at least you are safe, and thats the most important thing. |

I don't fly, and it must be a pain for those of you that do, but I think they should just do what they have to without people getting angry. It makes me feel a little bit better knowing they were a step ahead this time, but you never know...better safe than sorry, I guess. |

I think it's a good idea, for now anyways. But the terrorists will just try to figure out another way. Unfortunately it's like a never ending battle. |

It's an inconvenience, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.
I just saw on TV last night that there's a company in Virginia that makes a computer program that can be installed on airport scanners that can "read" the contents of bottles, which would really help. Let's hope our government isn't so busy spending our money on the pointless war in Iraq that there isn't any left to buy this technology for our airposts.
Also, these restrictions are bound to create stores in or near the airport where you can buy all the things you couldn't bring that you really need. |

I think it will with us for a long time, as long as you have Islamic Fascist trying to do us harm. |
