I liked Jetblue the best of all US Airlines; even though I have only flown it once. The attitude of the staff at Jetblue was very nice and helpful one; and it spread to all the passengers in the cabin. Plus, they have all leather seats and LIVE Direct TV at every seat-highly recommend them! |

Air Canada is the best because they are cheap, it is only $3 for a checked bag, free drinks and free headphones and XM radio. In the US, I like Jetblue or Southwest. |

That depends on whose survey you ask about. Various travel magazines and websites have their own surveys and ratings, so there is no single answer.
In the 2008 University of Michigan annual consumer satisfaction survey, customers voted Southwest as the best domestic airline. US Airways was rated as the worst.
It also depends on your definition of "best". Southwest has no amenities or inflight entertainment, but consistently beats other airlines because they have customer-friendly policies and helpful staff. If your priority is TVs in the seatback, then JetBlue is probably your idea of number 1. |
