Hi, when you book a flight online, the booking company will send you an email telling you all your flight details. Print this off, then take it with you to the airport. Your flight is already on the airport computer, they just look at your email then give you your ticket. Easy

It no problem. The ticket is e-mailed to you. You can print it out to be safe, but you actually don't have to do anything. Just write down the confirmation number. They'll already have everything in their data base. So far, I've traveled using two e-tickets and there's no problem at all. Once I gave my name, everything was all set. You can even print out a boarding pass. Since you have to show a pass to get on the airplane, you should print it out. If you don't they'll issue you a boarding pass at the gate, but then you'll be toward the end of the line.

First of all, which airline or company are you using? An E-ticket refers to it being electronic, which means they should email you all the information and and the ticket to your email account. To use the e-ticket, you can just print it out, because it will come with a barcode that can be scanned at the airport, or you can use your confirmation number to check in and print out a paper ticket at the airport.

An e-ticket is an electronic ticket. When you are issued an e-ticket, no paper ticket will be issued. The e-ticket will be emailed to you as soon as you book and pay for the flight.

The airline suggest that you print off the email and take it with you to the check in desk. In practice, you only ever need to take the reference number. I have never needed to show my e-ticket or reference number to the clerk at the check in desk. The clerk has always found my record from my passport.

You only need to take the reference number in case the clerk cannot find your record using your name (for example you are checking in for the wrong flight). The reference number will also be needed if you are using self-service check in.

It's a paperless ticket, you just go the counter with your id and they will issue you a pass right on the spot, or you can go directly to the gate if you dont' have check in luggage.

I've used the service before, but I picked the ticket up at a kiosk at the airport. You can get them via e-mail as well.

A copy of the receipt can be printed out, and this contains the record locator or reservation number, and the e-ticket number. You will get a reference number only which is all you need when you check in, apart from your passport. Take the number to the airport and swipe the credit card you used to buy your flight to get the tickets.
