These two sites will help you pack:

The razor should be fine as long as it's not a straight edge.

Good luck with the trip!

jamand
You can't take a terrorist on board I know that much!!!!

HushYourFuss
You can't bring in any soda's or waters..you can bring a small bag of personal hygene things. no razors though. anything thats pointy you can't take...not even fingernail clippers. So save your money and buy the stuff you need after you go threw security. Ims ure you can buy a disposable razor after you get threw security at one of those shops. Good luck and Safe Trip

You can still take most things in your baggage that goes in the hold, so razers etc need to be put in there. Any liquids that are going in hand luggage including toothpaste and mascara (the latter not applicable to you presumably!) need to be in sizes of less that 100ml and all together in the same plastic bag that is about the size of a sandwich or freezer bag. If you're taking a girlfriend with loads of liquid makeup she needs to put it in the hold really.

best not to take drinks with you but buy them in departure lounge as you will have them confiscated otherwise, no scissors nail files or other sharp objects either

The important thing is to have no liquids, gels or anything which could be seen as a weapon in your hand-luggage. So I would reccomend puting your razor and things like suncream in your suitcase.

Take a book or a magazine to keep yourself entertained.

edit: recently they have loosened up the rules so you can carry a small amount of liquid but I don't see the point because you can usually get a drink on the plane.

Bomb? lisa riley perhaps????

There is a list you can download from the internet. Look up the airport you are flying from and get it from there

On Tuesday, September 26, 2006, TSA adjusted the ban on liquids, gels, and aerosols.

Air travelers may now carry liquids, gels and aerosols in their carry-on bag when going through security checkpoints.

With certain exceptions for prescription and over-the-counter medicines, baby formula and breast milk, and other essential liquids, gels, and aerosols, the following rules apply to all liquids, gels, and aerosols you want to carry through a security checkpoint.

All liquids, gels and aerosols must be in three-ounce or smaller containers. Larger containers that are half-full or toothpaste tubes rolled up are not allowed. Each container must be three ounces or smaller.
All liquids, gels and aerosols must be placed in a single, quart-size, zip-top, clear plastic bag. Gallon size bags or bags that are not zip-top such as fold-over sandwich bags are not allowed. Each traveler can use only one, quart-size, zip-top, clear plastic bag.
Each traveler must remove their quart-sized plastic, zip-top bag from their carry-on and place it in a bin or on the conveyor belt for X-ray screening. X-raying separately will allow TSA security officers to more easily examine the declared items.
Please keep in mind that these rules were developed after extensive research and understanding of current threats. They are intended to help air travelers bring essential toiletries and other liquids, gels and aerosols for short trips. If you need larger amounts of liquids, gels and aerosols such as toothpaste or shampoo, please place them in your luggage and check them with your airline.

Look into this site... http://www.tsa.gov/travelers/airtravel/prohibited/permitted-prohibited-items.shtm

Lord Lunch a Lot
In your check in luggage, you can take razors, scissors, sharp objects but not flammable liquids or matches etc. In you carry on, you can take up to 100 mls of liquid and or gels, but it must be in a separate resealable see through plastic bag. Usually anything that you buy in duty free after you pass through customs check point is allowed on the plane but they will inform you at the payment counter.

Saffyw
No u cant take anything like that on board no razors, scissors, tweezers or penknifes etc..... nothing like that at all. But am not sure if they have relaxed the ban on liquids I think it varies from airline to airline.

Kedi
Yes many people expressed what they have and havent been aloud,But its very important you contact your specific airline or departure airport as there is a constant alteration in what you can and cant take and also restrictions change by airline

Tracy
You can't take ANYTHING on board anymore. No fluids, medicines, sharp objects, anything that could BECOME sharp, etc. Just check everything in your luggage but a clean pair of underware and socks. For real.

You can't take any sharp metal objects and liquid stuff. My nail clipper and child's colic medicine got confiscated.

Only in your case, not hand luggage. Don't try to smuggle a drunken pilot on either. See that this morning? What an idiot!
