price is a big difference, and free open bar, in some long flights it includes free food and you have an attendant all to yourself. bathrooms are cleaner (sometimes) and the earphones are free

that and free booze. Airline lounge before you board.

Plus: if you decide you want to go today, book & pay....but get to the airport and change your mind, and want to go next week, or cancel altogether: no charge to change, or you get all your money back.

The seats are wider and there is more legroom. The seats in First Class also recline more than they do in coach. This is beneficial if you are flying international. First Class passengers get to board first and are served wine/champagne. Usually in First Class, the passengers are adults so it is rare to have a screaming baby there. Also if you fly First Class, you receive double miles on your flight if you are a frequent flier member.

Larger seats (which mean a lot, especially if it is a longer flight), better services (food), and just a more pleasant and comfortable trip

i ve heard its larger seats, and better food. we always fly coach. we just cant justify paying triple the amount or more for first class when we've never had a problem with coach seats. i've actually never had bad food on a plane either. guess we just lucked out on the trips we've taken.

and i know there is a huge difference in air fair because for example we booked a flight to hawaii for may and paid $150 per person each way. i saw the price of first class tickets for the same flight and they were over $1,000 per person each way. no thank you. ill save the $4,000 it would have costed us and fly coach.

First class in always better just for the food
the services they get while being in a plane and getting on time to meeting etc
First class is usually used by Business people .
American Airlines is a good airline were first class people (elite class) get better services in terms of the top^^
