The people that vote easyJet are the people that have never actually flown with easyJet, they just make their opinion up from a TV DRAMA documentary.

The fact of the matter is easyJet are an excellent airline to fly with, they wouldn’t be Britain’s largest airline if they were bad.

Also, Ryanair are an Irish airline, so people picking them clearly need a geography lesson.

British Airways have to be the worst, the lose over 1000 bags every day at Heathrow alone.

In my opinion B A they cancelled my flight pulled out of the route and then took over a year to refund my money don't see how anyone can do much worse

I think British Airways, I pay more and I don't get more than what I would get with Ryanair.

Late, dirty, unfriendly and unhelpful staff - starting to reoccur more and more with BA.

I find Ryanair are always on-time, excellent staff, cheap tickets and just better service!

I always fly Ryanair now.

RyanAir

Pompal '09.
I'm mystified by those stating that Easyjet are the worst UK airline, and my view is that they have probably not flown very often and certainly have no personal experience of Easyjet.
They are my first choice for European travel, having flown many times with them and always been very satisfied.
It may interest you to know they have also been voted the WORLD'S best low cost airline for 2008, in the largest passenger survey of airlines.
BA were the second worst large European airline in 2007 for delays & lost baggage, with BMI the next worst.
The UK airline considered to not be worth a ranking at present is Flyglobespan, so a question mark must hang over them & their future.
Ryanair are not a UK airline, which is probably a good job for them as they are the most complained about airline operating in the UK. However, they carry large numbers of passengers and, like Easyjet, have a very modern fleet of aircraft.

Addition - The countries of the UK are England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland. Ireland (or The Republic of Ireland as it's more commonly known), where Ryanair has its HQ, is not part of the UK & it follows, therefore, that Ryanair (an Irish airline) is NOT a UK airline.

BA as if Heathrow sneezes ba gets a cold and at least half there flight suffer for weeks.

as for ryanair they also suck but I would say as there head office is in the republic if ireland i would say they are not a uk airline as they are in a independent country

tom

The one that goes belly up the day before you're due to fly.

That said Squeezy Jet gets my vote. The seats are only suitable for legless dwarfs.
