Cathay Pacific won this year's Skytrax award as the world's best airline, the world's largest passenger opinion poll and rating service for the airline industry. Singapore Airlines won last year. I've flown both airlines many times and agree that they are the two best airlines I've ever flown.

Jetblue, live tvs in all flights, leather seats. good prices.

If it is within the country jetBlue no doubt. They have always been the most friendly and considerate on the ground and in the air. It is also the most comfortable choice. For international I would choose:

Virgin Atlantic
United
British Airways

you never now what you will get with American so unless its the best price pick another air carrier and save yourself from that uncomfortable mess.

in the u.s i would go with either southwest, united, or frontier. southwest is more luxurious with leather in all, but they dont have tvs, no good snacks, but they do let you pick your seat on the flight. united sometimes has tvs, depending on the plane, has awesome snack boxes for 5 dollars which are great and filling, they dont have leather but the seats are very comfartable. frontier has tvs, smaller planes, but overall a better experiance.

definetly NOT AMERICAN AIRLINES.
I enjoyed KLM

Pilot
Qantas Airways
Virgin series airlines
Singapore Airlines
US Airways
Alaska Airlines
jetBlue Airways

Hard to pick a single best. But these are the top.

just not myself.
jetblue, they are cheaper than anyone, plus they have color tv with 36 channels, they give you up to two snacks & a free drink. and their seats are comfy :) AND they have THREE pottyss ;)

It really depends on what you are looking at specifically, if you want overall performance the list would be
Singapore Airlines
Cathay Pacific
Emirates
Qatar Airways
Asiana

Overall in the US I would say that it is Continental and or American Airlines.

Worldwide would be emirates would be the most classiest and the over best quality.

If we are talking about Worldwide coverage I would say British Airways.
