Depends on where you are flying too..

Tuesday & Wednesday & saturday

Flying out on a Thursday and flying back on a Tuesday will generally garner you the cheapest overall rates.

Depends on the airline and where you are going. However, I've heard that Wednesday is the cheapest. I know that on Continental Airlines the first Wednesday of each month has the cheapest flights just about everywhere.

The worst days to fly are Monday and Friday.

azn_ilagoon
the 9th day of every week

Neil
No answer that doesn't contain qualifications like "often" or "depending on..." is wrong. There is no "cheapest day," across the board, to fly.
