What is the difference between flying first class, secound class or coach?

service, leg room how it looks like etc

Paul McDonald
First class has lots more legroom and workroom as well as storage, comfort, cabin service, etc.

Other differences? Cost. It's normally about ten to twelve times more to fly first than coach. If you qualify for upgrades (like I do) then that makes it all worth it though! Because I'm "turbo-ninja-platinum" I get to upgrade a traditional ticket whenever space is available... and I find that space is pretty much always available...

Here you have a Link, comparing different airlines seat pitch:
http://www.airlinequality.com/Product/seats_global.htm

In most cases in economy, the average seat pitch is 31", some airlines offer more depending on the route and aircraft.

In Business Class, the average is 50". And again, some airlines offer more like BMI (60"), Air New Zealand (76"), EVA Air (67").

First Class, the average is 80", Air France (82"), Lufthansa (84"), United Airlines (88") American Airlines (89").

On most flights (all domestic and some shorter international flights), there are only 2 classes of service - first class and coach which is the same as second-class. First class seats are wider and have more leg room, and they give you free alcoholic drinks. For a lot of flights, that's the only real difference - so on a short flight, it's not worth it really to pay a lot more money. On longer domestic flights, they give small meals in first class and generally none in coach (or they will charge you for food in coach). On international flights, usually everyone gets a meal but it's bigger and nicer in first class. Also - a lot of longer international flights, on larger aircraft, some airlines will have 3 classes of service: first class, business class, and coach. First class has really lots of legroom and sometimes seats that recline almost flat, and tons of free alcohol and food and stuff. Then business class is just wider seats with a little more legroom (kinda like first class on a shorter flight) and then there's just regular coach class.

more room and free drinks..unlimited tiny packs of peanuts. also usually coach has material covered seats which suck up people's oils and funk...most places go for leather in the better seats.

You most likely won't have to sit next to some trailer trash stinky, sweat-outfit wearing, crying baby, fat as American 290lbs slob with no sense of tact, behavior or manners.
