Chicago to Hong Kong was 18 hours. We flew north, over the North Pole. I slept for about 16 hours of it. |

London Gatwick to Orlando Florida. Took 9 hours, but seemed like 5. Time flies by when you are on planes, and if you watch films, play games or sleep or even just look out of the window and think, it doesnt seem so bad. |

11 and a half hours from Dublin to LA. I have also done 9 hrs from London to Dominican Republic and 10 hours from London to Cuba... and I dont fly well :o(
I usually play games and read because there is no chance of me sleeping.. I buy those little travel games and a deck of cards...
During take off, landing and turbulence you will find me deep in prayer even though I am not terribly religious!! haha |

Flew from Las Vegas to Frankfurt on Condor 2 1/2 years ago. Was supposed to be a non stop flight but according to the captain the air temp outside was 90, we were full and heavy so on take off we would burn a lot of fuel which would cause us to stop and refuel in Canada, but I don't remember where it was we landed. We flew the entire way there with no a/c in the cabin so it was very hot and uncomfortable. They had trouble refueling the plane so that added more time and misery. He turned on the a/c sometime after we left Canada but it took 2 hours for it to cool down. The worst flight I ever took and most of the crew was rude. If it hadn't been for the pleasant return trip I would never consider flying them again but since there was no delays and the crew was decent I will fly them again.

17 hours 1 stop a t bangkok for 40 mins. Get a window seat, set your watch for the destination and act accordingly if it is 10.00pm in your destination go to sleep |
