"Cabin crew" consists solely of the flight attendants, both male and female (called stewards and stewardesses or hosts and hostesses in other countries outside the USA).

This is to differentiate them from the "cockpit (or flight) crew" which consists of the pilot, the co-pilot and, in applicable cases, the flight engineer. The term "ground crew" denotes those airline personnel who work on the ground such as ticket and gate agents as well as maintenance mechanics and baggage (luggage)handlers...

Cabin crew is another term for Flight Attendant, Steward/ess, or Air Host/ess (not a common term in the US).
