trackie bottoms, a t-shirt and have a hoodie incase it gets chilly mid flight.
its comfort not style for travelling i think, or if you dont want to go that casual, just wear a comfortable pair of jeans and a top and jacket, but flats all the way cos you dont know how long you will be hanging round. |

I always wear a pair of classy lounge pants, nice t shirt, and I always carry a matching sweater in my bag in case I get cold.
Wear flip flops, because you will have to take your shoes off when you go through security.
Bring a pair of socks with you in your carry on for the plane, in case your feet get cold.
Make your carry on be as small as possible, remember you have to carry that throught the entire airport, and it can get heavy after a while.... I usually carry on of those over sized purses.
Also remember, most airlines have changed their policy to check in only one bag, where as before it was two. Usually after that it will cost you $25-35 per bag to check in.
Happy Traveling =) |

Something you're comfortable in. Maybe some capris and a t-shirt with flip flops or sandals. Depending on where you are going, you might want to bring a light sweater or hoodie also, because the plane can get cold or hot depending, so you can take the sweater/hoodie off or on as needed. |

Wear loose, comfy clothes as you're stuck in em on the plane! And if you have long hair don't tie it back in a ponytail because it will irritate you not being able to put your head back comfortably on the plane! I believe there is no rule as to what you can and can't wear unless you want to dress up as a bomb! |

I agree, no socks and slip on shoes. Anything over 3oz is thrown out. Buy your hair supplies when you get there. Med in origal bottles are fine. Bring an empty water bottle and fill it once you get past security. |

Dress in comfortable layers so that you can add or remove clothing depending on the temperature of the plane/airport. Wear shoes that are easy to slip off at the security check--comfy sneakers or sandals, no heels (in case you need to get somewhere in a hurry). Wear a bra without an underwire, as that can set off the metal detector and it's super embarrassing when they're wanding your breasts with the sensor. Also avoid metal zippers if possible, and slip all your jewelry into your purse before you go through the metal detector to avoid delays.
Tight clothing or jeans will NOT be comfortable for a plane ride. Stick to loose-fitting pants or shorts, plus a tank or t-shirt underneath a pullover. If you're concerned about having the wrong clothes on once you reach your destination, put a different outfit into your carry-on to change into. A light, packable sundress and sandals, for instance, if you're heading someplace hot. Have fun on your trip! |

Unless you need to project a corporate image, are going to be photographed or met by people you need to impress, Be Comfortable! A light sweater or jacket might be appreciated later in the flight. Some people wear things too bulky to pack, like hats or hiking shoes. Oh - shoes that come on and off easily will be appreciated. You might also want to avoid metal belts, etc. that trip off security sensors. |

wear comfortable clothing, especially if you are going to be sitting for a long flight. |

Like some sweat pants or pajama pants a hoodie and a cute t-shirt. Make sure its your most comfortable outfit. Because you can get really hot/cramped on a plane. Its not a fashion show so dont get dressed up! |

Loose clothing, and shoes you can slip on and off easily. I usually wear either loose linen trousers or a long floaty skirt with an elasticated waist, comfortable cotton top, and comfy flats, either ballet pumps or birkenstocks.Do not wear socks or tights, your ankles and legs sometimes swell up a little and you should let them breathe. For long haul pack a clean top and clean underwear in your cabin bag so you can freshen up before you land. Sometimes it can get very cold on a plane so you may want to wear another layer, just make sure it is loose and you can take it off easily if you get hot, There are always blankets anyway, so you can snuggle under them. . |

Anything- you're going on holiday!!! Well obviously not a bakini. I usually dress based on the weather of the country im visiting, but if it's cold when leaving England, I'd bring a jacket which could fit in my bag. |

One thing to keep in mind is that it can be hot or cold on the plane (or both during the same flight.) Think of layers, so you can adjust accordingly.
Dress comfortably. Skip the hightop boots as you'll have to take them off at security. Big metal belt buckles and big metal jewelry items will have to come off. |

Well, slip off shoes for one. Use clear plastic bags when storing things in your carryon, as well. Don't wear any shirts with guns / bombs on it. =P |

Wear something COMFY! you dont want to be in some glam outfit thats up your *** & tight for hours on a plane.. wear some yoga pants & layers, a t-shirt & sweater. maybe flip flops if its hot or sneakers if you get cold feet easily. |

Nothing toooo casual because everyone else dresses SO badly when they travel... but I would say slip-off shoes and a very comfortable dress/pants and shirt (if you wear pants and shirt don't wear anything really hot because it's best to dress in a way that you can adjust to feeling hot or cold as it shows up)
And bring a sweater or something in case you get cold on the plane (they often have fans right on your head) |

A regular shirt and comfy pants... sweats or jeans. Something that covers your legs because, for me at least, I'm a germaphobe and airplane seats aren't the cleanest. A T-shirt that's also comfortably. You should take a light jacket just in case you get chilly. Most people would say tennis shoes; I, personally, would go for sandals with toe-socks. You probably don't want to wear a thong, and wear a comfortable bra. |

Since you have to take your shoes off at security, I always wear flip flops or slip ons with no socks. And... something comfortable, I even see people wearing their pajama pants! Sweats are fine, t-shirts, anything comfy! You will have to take off belts, jewelry if the machine goes off, so that's another thing to consider. |

Well if you're going somewhere hot some shorts and t-shirt/vest whatever. I'd bring like a zip up jacket as well because of you're in the UK leaving in the morning you'll be pretty cold. |

Anything smart. Because you will be mixing with business people and people who can afford to go abroad. Therefore you don't want to look scruffy. |

Depends where your going.
Dont dress too daggy
Jeans aren't always that comfortable in long hour flights
If you have longer hair dont wear it in a high ponytail because it gets annoying with the head rest.
pack a change of clothes if your travelling far to dress to the different climate and it also makes you feel fresher. |

Comfortable shoes. Loose clothes.
Don't forget to wriggle your toes while you are travelling.
Be fresh and clean and wear deodorant. |

don't wear panty hose b/c if the plane catches on fire, it will melt and cause severe burns |

I don't know if this is just me, but I tend to get quite chilly on planes, so I always try and wear something warmish. It depends on where you're going and where you're leaving from. I know on planes to and from america you aren't allowed very much on the plane for security reasons, like pens, mp3s and such. Other places are not so bad. I'm from England and the last place I flew to was Crete, we were allowed mp3s on that flight and I got chilly then too. |
