You don't have a 10 hour plane trip -- that is, you WON'T be on the plane for 10 hours straight. You have an itinerary that takes 10 hours. Your layover in Calgary will probably be at LEAST 2 hours and that's spent IN THE TERMINAL. You'll probably also be changing planes, so when you get off the plane in Calgary, take your stuff with you.
There is a BIG difference between being on a 10 hour plane trip and taking a trip that takes 10 hours.

One word of advice: The flight attendant will PROBABLY tell you NOT to use any of your gadgets until you're in the air. Do as she or he says.

mate - wont you have a tv on the plane? - for 10 hour trips theres bound to be countless movies to watch, and from what you written its sounds like you have a lot of games to keep you preoccuiped. find what ever games you have and bring them a long.

If not - go to sleep.

Well that's simple. Use all your stuff, maybe also take a book, make sure all the stuff is fully loaded, take all the games and just do what you feel like doing! :-D
And if it's all too boring for you, just sleep. You'll be sleepy in 10h plane trip anyway I suppose.

Well, there are a lot of things you can do:

The easiest way to past time is, sleep
You could watch the TV thing.
Play on your electronic things.
Try to get a window seat and look at the clouds, use your imagination
Eat food. (You can bring food but not drinks unless they were bought after you through security.)
Read
During the stop, explore the shops that they have at the airport.

-If you feel like you need to get up, use the restroom and take a walk around the plane (if anyone asks you what your doing, say that your stretching)

Are you going with your family or someone you know, if so talk to them.

yeah all your electronics will be plenty. If you want you can watch all the movie on the plane because they are usually decent. Or get a dvd player and watch ur own movies. Have fun
