I just got back,I travelled for 2 countries, liquids in your carry on are not allowed...like cologne, toothpaste, or even drinking water.. but you can have it in your check in baggages.
So if you don't want to stay long and be checked at the check in counters..be sure to take out all in your hand carry.
they would give you free water on the plane anyways so don't bring bottled water. 3 airports I had been has this kind of restrictions...
>>>Carry-on baggage restrictions

Passengers may not have liquids, gels or aerosols of any size at the security checkpoint or in the cabin of the aircraft. These items include beverages, shampoo, suntan lotion, creams, toothpaste, hair gel, hair spray, liquid cosmetics and other items of similar consistency. Such items may be transported in checked baggage.

Passengers may have:
Baby formula/milk and baby food in small containers if a baby or small child is traveling.
Prescription medicine with a name that matches the passenger’s ticket.
Essential other non-prescription medicines not to exceed 4 oz. (120ml) per container.
Liquids or gels for diabetic passengers who indicate a need for such items to address their medical condition. Quantities are limited to no greater than 8 oz. (240ml) per container. Syringes and pumps are acceptable.
Solid cosmetics and personal hygiene items such as lipstick in a tube, solid deodorant, lip balm and similar solids.
Better to check what is in your carry on luggages because it would cost you time if you are on connecting flights just to remove all what they seen at the scan monitors. this is for security reason.

Anything that is not completely solid may not be allowed inside the plane. Liquid & gel are prohibited. Water, medicine, milk, juice, toothpaste, perfume, and such. If you are a mother carrying a new born baby, you may be allowed to carry brest milk if they can be sure it is edible. (For example, you may have to taste some drops to proove it's edible)

anything liquid, including makeup. Don't pack it on your carry on. You may pack it in your checked bags though. I had my carry on and packed a cardboard box with all my shampoos, toothpaste, make-up etc. Then checked it in. I had no problems with that. Also security is very tight, if you are traveling from a large airport get there at least 90 minutes early. Good luck

You can't even bring ur clothes LOL
I think it is just the carry on bag that can not contain ur toiletries check with the airlines to be sure before u pack it and they take it from u! Than you can be sure on what u will have to purchase when u get to where ever u r going!

I know you can't bring toiletries anymore, lotion, toothpaste, any of that.
That sucks because I'll be traveling in a couple of weeks!

It varies by airline. Check your airline's website; they'll have a comprehensive list.

But basically, no liquids or gels is the new restriction. No box matches or lighters.

Nothing liquid, except baby formula and nothing cream form; like hand lotion, toothpaste, etc. No mouthwash either. No Liquid lipgloss or lip stick.
