I prefer comfortable dress loafers that can be slipped off easily, look nice, and can be on or off the feet while in flight, depending on the temperature. |

Any shoes, as long as they are not steel-toed boots. Reguardless of what shoes you wear, you'll need to take them off to go through security. Even flip-flop sandals need to come off. |

Anything as long as its comfortable, easy to take on/off, and doesn't have any metal on it. |

slipons or sandals. |

Wear closed-toe, low-heel comfortable shoes that you can slip on and off easily. I never wear sandals or heels on a plane; if there's a crash, it would be pretty horrible to have to escape through all that debris and metal in open shoes. I know it's unlikely but I'd rather not take the chance. |

cloth "tennis" shoes... nothing metal to set off the machines, easy on/off, comfortable for the long flight. |

Wear Sandals that way you don't have to worry about how bad your feet stink after taking your shoes off. |

I would personally wear sandals because of the way security is. if u have shoes or boot or any shoes with a metal on them you have to take them off so i would say a pair of sandals would be best |

Anything that's comfortable to take off 'cause no matter what you are wearing, you'll be asked to take off your shoes. Make sure your socks are not torn!! |

Shoes you don't mind taking on and off several times! (And that have no metal parts in them!) |

Some type of loafer or moccassin. The type of shoe that can be worn with socks but still slip off easily. You will have to remove your shoes to go through airport security but you don't want to take a barefoot chance at athlete's foot! Plus if you want to kick off your shoes during the flight for comfort- your feet won't get cold.
Have a good trip! |

I would wear my biggest shoes (for packing purposes). For me, those would be my walking/tennis shoes. Flights can be cold, so they will keep your feet warm. Airport security will make you take any pair of shoes off anyway, so tennis shoes are easy on/off. |

I prefer a pair of sneakers -generally stay out of Napolean boots or any stuff like that as I don't want to be bothered with them asking me to open it (not that I'm going refuse) but usually you can't hide your sardines inside a pair of boots.
Remember only ONE tip on your overseas travel:
If you sure in your bags you're not carrying explosives, be proactive in cooperating with airport security - look them in the eye - try to show a genuine understanding why they need to take such measures for everyone's understanding - and believe me, the feeling is mutual.
Most passengers wear that disgruntled look - long flights don't help get you good mood - try to be fresh and smiling for 2-3 hours at least |
