Would you rather fly delta airlines, or another major airline such as US Air, Continental, etc?

Personal Expierence is great.

Mr. T's Pretty Cuzzin
I've flown on USAir, Continental, Delta (and United, AirTran, and Northwest) recently. Honestly, there's not much difference anymore--at least in coach/economy. To me, it would depend on 1. who's nonstop on the route I need, and 2. price. Give me those details, and I'll be even more specific--if that would help.

lildude211us
I havent heard great things about Delta from other Y!A users, so I probably would fly with another major airline. I would rather take their word on it than go through that experience.

We Can Make The Night Last 4Ever
i've only flew twice and once alone.

2 years ago me my mom her bf my sister and brother flew continental they were good free food good service and no delays and stuff.

this past wednesday i left to visit my aunt and uncle in phoenix [im here now] and US Airways didn't take off for 6 hours and stuck on the plane for that long and missed my connecting flight so had to get a later flight to phoenix through charlotte. US Airways food aint free either.

I like United a lot. And American. Good service, decent room in coach.

Northwest, Delta, Continental, all about the same, my second choice. Especially Northwest - no room in coach!`

neilinpdx
Continental of course...but it depends where you're going and how you want to get there. If it's non-stop, take the airline that will best suit your needs. If you're in Houston (for example) and need to get to Portland, Oregon, you probably wouldn't care to take Delta or Northwest with connections in either Salt Lake or Minneapolis when you could take Continental non-stop....unless the price made it worth the connections.
My order of preference though??
1) Continental
2) Delta
3) Northwest
good luck

If I have a tight budget I fly US Air or Continental. These are good airlines. If I have more money to spend then I choose Delta/

NONAME

jessica
US Airways! I work for them ;) They are good airline besides the fact that I work for them.
