Hello,

A dramamine and an ipod. Take the dramamine half an hour before boarding and by the time you are allowed to use the ipod, you will be tired enough to fall asleep.

take a book, watch a movie, chat to the person next to you. hassle the air stewards/hostess whateva theyre called. eat all the food that you can get ur hands on [if its good food that is]. enjoy the view out the window, and keep away from little kids [especially avoid ones sitting behind u or next to you]

I prefer to use put on a sleep mask to keep out the light, put on the airline's headset, tune in to classical music, maybe take a motion sickness pill on an overnight flight (this is a mild sedative and will help you fall asleep) and tune out the world.
