2 and a half days, so about 60 hours. My Ex- girlfriend was in Egypt where the bombs went off in 2005 and there was no contact from her. She was fine in the end but couldn't get near a phone for that long. They were the longest 2 days of my life.

98 hours for no reason at all but i only sleep for 3 hours a night now anyway due to my daughters disability

yeah those flights get to you after flying to Bahrain to Perth, Aus.,from Perth to Sydney, Australia from Sydney Aus., to Los Angeles ,CA and from Los Angeles to SanDiego from SanDiego to Fort Worth TX, and Fort Worth, TX., to St.Louis, MO. From StLouis MO to Detroit AND finally from Detroit to my pillow after a gruelling week of layovers that would stress out a bible thumping pastor from the backwoods!!!!!

The longest I have ever been awake was almost 24 hours.

About 9 years ago, my husband and I were returning home from Brazil. It was 50 hours from the time we got up in the morning until we got to a hotel to sleep -- and we were unable to sleep in the planes or at the airports. It was another 24 hours before we got home. The whole trip was supposed to be about 9 hours!

1981 making a film about a sewage outfall. Stayed awake from 5am Monday to Wednesday 10pm missing the royal wedding in the process. Three days on a beach waiting for a piece of pipe to move and all for Â£25 a week. Those were the days! Or 1997 when i had been awake all day, worked a night shift then went straight to the airport and flew to Japan and started work again, don't remember when I got to sleep but I apparently slept for 18 hours and woke up a bit disorientated!

Death defying timeline i know......
literally ****** but i managed perfectly through it =/ dont know how, felt very much awake all that time. MASS CHALLEGE for me, to beat it =/ starting any day now =)

Longest MONTH of my f**king LIFE! but i loved it.... 230 cans of RedBull... cant go wrong =/
