There are sometimes contests that you can enter where you win free tickets on-line. That might be the cheapest way. Also if you are in an emergency some people will donate their flight miles so a person in need can get a free flight. You might ask the airlines that offer this charity service if they can help direct you to the right contact person.

Try KLM.com. I saw one fare for 104 pounds, round trip.

I think it's the only airline to fly directly.

You can purchase cheap tickets on walmart.com if you don't have an account with them already just go to new user it is free of charge when you come onto the website put travel into the search Field and it is going to take to a travel page and then go to vacation package then enter you information that is required such dept time and arrival destination etc...

Well it seems that the others might not be to familiar with the travel industry in Europe as the sights mentioned are not geared for European Flights and especially not for European budget airlines.

The cheapest airline that flies from Schotland to Schiphol Airport in Amterdam is with Easy Jet however they only fly from Edinburgh. You can check the rates on their site at: http://www.easyjet.com/en/book/index.asp

Unfortunately both Ryan Air and Flyglobespan stopped flying on this route as they offered cheap rates in the past.

KLM Royal Dutch Airline is not one of the European budget airlines however they do fly nearly daily between Glasgow and Holland and frequently they do offer last minute specials for a variety of European destinations so depending on your travel dates you might find a good deal with the Dutch airline. Most of the above ar US based and you wont be able to book a non US flight from them. Hit the airline companies direct - www.klm.co.uk will do most dates for Â£104 all in, ryanscare will just cost you more with taxi's, legal fees, hotels and de-worming.
