The closer the country is to the equator, the warmer it will be. Countries like Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia are warm all year round and only experience what they call wet and wetter seasons, referring to rain and humidity. Other places include the Carribean, north and south central Africa, Venezuela, Brazil, southern India, and the Indo-Chinese Peninsula.

Just about anywhere in the Southern hemisphere as well as the tropics. Think Australia, South Africa or Thailand, Indonesia. |
