aerlingus.com

fly to Dublin, pretty cheap.

Then use ryanair.com to get around Europe.

Now is kind of cheap, when traveling in February, or March. Use Easy Jet.

All cheaper prices may be found usually on Expedia, Orbitz or websites like that. The time you will find it cheapest to go is during the winter season (usually in the middle of February). Have a good trip!

Try to buy at least one month before the flight. your best bet is BookMe.com. You can compare ALL the reputable travel sites, and save money. Good luck!

I suggest using www.travade.com

Just convert the price as all prices are in US dollars, but their international rates are great.

Flights are usually cheaper in the off season, which is the winter (January-February). If you don't mind being cold, it's a good time to go. If your travel times are flexible, you can sign up for different services like Travelocity Farewatcher to keep an eye on prices as they go up and down. Many websites allow you to put in where you want to go, and how long you want to stay, and will tell you when the cheapest time to go is. You can also search multiple sites at once using http://www.igougo.com/. If you've never traveled abroad before, you might also want to read some of the articles about your destinations on the travel sites for advice and tips.

I know of a company that specializes in international travel- they are a travelocity partner, too... go to uctwithme.com, click "concierge" and fill out a travel quote request once you know your dates, etc. They'll get back to you in a few days, or you can also call- the number is listed there on that site.

Just mention that website...and btw- for international and packages they'll plan/book it for you at no extra cost!
