1342, unless you are willing to fly to Flint, which would drop the price down to 290. I found a website that shows the cheapest online airfare sites that fly out of MN. www.flightright.org. Check it out. |

You can look at http://www.airfarewatchdog.com to see if there are any specials but since you are not purchasing your tickets 14 days in advance, it may not be so cheap. Sometimes airline tickets are cheaper if you fly back on a Monday. Delta has weekend fares in which you fly out Saturday and return Monday. If you fly back on a Sunday, you do not get the cheap ticket price.
Look at Northwest Airlines. They have a hub in Minneapolis and probably has a non-stop flight to Traverse City. They at least should have one from Detroit so you may connect at DTW. |

Try priceline.com and bid your price. It may take a couple of layovers, but you will get there. The only thing is they do not tell you who you will be flying with until you book the ticket. You may want to consider driving if you are in a hurry. Hope this helps! |

Sorry, I don't seem to be having too much luck with this. I think it's because Cherry Capital Airport is not a busy airport and a lot of airlines don't fly there. You might want to consider driving to another airport that is nearby to save some money. It would probably be cheaper to drive it than pay over $1000 for airfare. It's only an 11-hour drive, it would cost you $100 each way to drive. If you could drive up there Friday and leave Sunday night, you would save a lot of money. |
