Anywhere on the spanish costas north of Valencia .The weather will still be pleasant ,and certainly cheap.but if you dont want it too quite,then it has to be Benidorm,so underated at this time of year ,or shoot further south to costa del sol,but you will find that a little more expensive.I live in the alicante region and the weather is pretty good atthis time of year,but its probably getting a little cool to swim in the sea.

I have been camping in the north of Spain in October before now and it was lovely and warm. Also Malta is fab most of the year. Both are reasonably cheap to get to.

Southwest Florida is very nice in October and November. It is also reasonable right now because it is "before season". In season the prices jump and it also gets very crowded.
