Remember the 3-1-1 rule. You can have 3 ounce bottle or less (by volume) ; 1 quart-sized, clear, plastic, zip-top bag; 1 bag per passenger placed in screening bin. One-quart bag per person limits the total liquid volume each traveler can bring. 3 oz. container size is a security measure.

Deodorant goes in your case, along with all your other toiletries but make sure they are in plastic bags or you might get minty foamy clothes at the other end. I normally wrap the deodorant and other liquid type toiletries in an old towel as well.

Canned deodorant is an aerosal and not allowed in hand luggage, so put in you case.
Shampoo and toothpaste can be taken on board in hand luggage, in quantities of 100ml each so if your items are less than 100ml that is fine. You can have 1litre of liquids in hand luggage, but again only in 100ml seperate quantities. Therefore you can 10 liquid items in hand luggage that are 100ml and less!Everything else can go in case.

In Australia you have to have them in snap lock and they are only allowed to be 100 mils each and you have to show them and all other stuff exspect dangerous goods that exceed that amount have to be in your case. All depends on where you are traveling to and from diferent county have diferent retrictions.
