Ireland, because of my heritage and I loved visiting Scotland. Egypt because I'm a nut about ancient Egyptian art and culture, Greece and Rome for their classic art and architecture. Germany because I have dual citizenship despite never having been there - their birthrate is decreasing annually, so they're offering dual citizenship to anybody with a parent from Germany.
As to the fantasy element, sometime in the future when I can simply go, "Scotty, beam me up," because dealing with heightened security at airports just drives me insane.
