Most airlines come with complementry food served. To be more specific, a part of the air ticket is for food. Again it depends on the duration and lenght of travel. Very short distance do not serve any food.
Airlines such as Jet Airways, Kingfisher and Air India serve food on board. However, air india express do not serve food as its a cost cuttin means of travel.

Gerald J
Almost any airline that is not in America or Europe still serves complimentary food on domestic flights, especially in Asia.

Airline business is now a compatitive biz, most of the domestic airlines are now serving complemantary food on board but it depends on the journey duration on air and as well as a way of advertisement for future sales

Why are people answering with Indian carriers?

I am assuming you are American, so Continental is one of that few that still serves food in coach on most flights.Ussualy if the flight is 3 hours or more. In first class you can get meals on just about every airline and every flight.
