I'll go for B - Cathay Additional Details Sorry it was not possible to write down all names I am sure they must be pretty good airlines elsewhere since I've only travelled Asia-Pacific that's all I know.

I'm going to go with an airline that isn't even listed --- British Airways. None of the above airlines can even match what BA offers on a flight.

Mexicana is pretty good because they give you a drink with your meal and then they bring you another drink as a digestif

Virgin Atlantic is definitely at the top for me. You get so much in economy class and it isn't expensive. Air France is good too. British Airways is pretty good, but watch out for the longer flights (especially from the US to the UK), because there are more passengers, causing extremely cramped and crowded seats-- NO fun at all.
You also forgot Lufthansa, which is pretty reliable but boring at the same time, unless you're on business or first class.

I don't really like Cathay. I feel overly pampered when I ride Cathay. The best airlines are Philippine Airlines and Malaysian Airlines.
