I don't have one at the moment.
Most treat their passengers like cattle, herding them in and out as fast as they can.
And no special perks anymore.
Flying seemed much nicer about ten years ago. |

I have not been on a plane in more then 10 years. In Chicago American Airlines have canceled 900 flights. 2400 flights threw out the country since Tues. O'Hara airport have passengers that have been there for 13 hours. They are inspecting the planes. The plane company's are either going bankrupt or cutting down on flights. The passengers are probably going to have to make up the cost for it. My point is that i don't feel safe being controlled by Airlines to fly any of them at this time! Continental was my favorite years ago! |

Oh man, that's like asking "How would you most like to be tortured?"
I guess Southwest was OK, the staff was actually friendly, but I've only taken it once or twice. The rest are crap. I've been screwed over so many times in so many ways, that there isn't enough space to go into it here. |

Singapore Airlines. Won numerous awards for best in-flight service; operates a very young fleet of aircraft; great in-flight entertainment system. |

Southwest has always been on time for me and has low ticket prices.
British Airways upgraded me to first class for an internatiional flight, so that was nice. |

Alaska Airlines.
Friendly people, helpful, decent fares, and their aircraft maintenance beats Southwest hands down. |

I usually use British airways and their service is usually good. I once used Virgin Atlantic and they were excellent.

I personally feel that British Airways run the skies. It is extremely selfish for people to comment on the happenings of Terminal Five. It is an extremely large operation moving one of the worlds largest airlines to another area. It could be comparisoned as moving New York to Swaziland. British Airways have made me feel welcome always and I enjoy the luxuries of their travel! BA all the way! |

These days I just usually fly Easy Jet .I flew back from Spain with them nearly 9 years ago with my partner who had recently lost his sight in an accident abroad;I just booked the flight asking for no special treatment. They couldn`t have been more helpful.Although he could walk it was difficult for me to keep hold of his hand to guide him, carry hand luggage and do all the checking in etc.The minute one of their check in staff realised my difficulty, they whisked up a wheel chair for him and took our hand luggage, put all on an elevator up to the plane;asked the two front seat passengers if they would mind moving so we could have more leg room. When we landed the elevator was there, ready with the wheel chair waiting. They even wheeled it straight to passport check out for me,no queing;collected our luggage.Stayed with my partner while I picked up a hire car and even put our stuff in the car for me.You will never know how grateful I was for that help, which was totally unexpected.
The best flight I ever made was with Canada `s Wardair, from the U.K.(no longer operating)over 26 years ago.I took my 2 children, one was 11months old,the other was 8.The weather turned snowy and icy just as we got to the airport. We were stuck in the airport for almost 2 days.Eventually they let people with kids board the plane..it was still 6 hours befor we were able to take off.they swapped our seats so the baby could have a "sky cot"and one of the stewardesses took my very grown up for her age 8 year old and showed her how the food arrived on the plane, then to see the cockpit and speak to the captain, she still has their autographs on the flight mag and a diagram he drew for her to show how something worked. The flight was wonderful, the service excellent and the food was served on real plates!!And never once was my glass empty for more than a few seconds;all included in the price! How different from the plastic food on plastic plates that is usually very difficult to spear with plastic cutlary these days.and I don`t like to drink out of plastic glasses either! |
