That's marketing. Your baby can't read the advert or make the booking can he/she ?

KOLO
bigger than you?

sound's strange, have you asked the airline ? they'll be able to give you the best answer

They have to make their money somewhere. But £7.01 for 2 flights is pretty good!

wow has your baby got a job then?

God,You Are Worthy To Be Praised
Your fare is 1p because of the special offer there is at:
http://www.ryanair.com/site/EN/
I think they are charging you £7, maybe because you have a lot of baby stuff like push chairs, cots, etc

JULIE S
its to do with admin fee and your fare may be only 1p but you will have taxes on top of that

tangled
your flight will cost more than this!!! when you get to the airport you will find that any bag which needs checking (not hand luggage) will get an additional charge of £10 per bag!!! just thought id let you know and my flight with them was 4 weeks ago!!!

Foooooookin b****rds

Some people are never satisfied are they, £7.01p for a flight and your complaining, get real.

Babies have high care needs but don't take up much room?
Sounds like your fare was on special. If not, please let me know where I can fly anywhere for £7.01!!

They probably have special stuff for the baby, like baby food and a little cot.. and it will probably wail on the plane so they make the fare higher because it will disturb others..You don't need so much attention, so your fare is lower.

hopefully you're not gonna scream all through the flight and puke and sh1t everywhere.

out of eleven answers i cant believe no one knows the answer to this. you pay 1c for your flight but there are also taxes to be added, usually €25 (and you can book a bag online which is cheaper than presenting it at the airport). the baby is a standard charge of €10 but there are no taxes added to this. this is because the baby must sit on your lap and does not take up a seat (up to the age of 2)

hope this clears this up

gerryish
You are having to pay 1p for yourself. So what if you also have to pay £7!
Are you seriously moaning?
Surely you cannot be that tight!
