Honestly, no, but honestly, I do think twice about it. When train is a viable option compared to air, I'll lean toward taking the train instead--for trips of 5 hours or less.
For flights, by the time you add up time in checkin queues, security queues, being 30 minutes early to the gate, retrieving baggage on arrival, and sorting out transport to/from airports, it's nearly 4 hours not counting actual time in the air. So, train is often easier compared to shorter flights. If train will take more than 5 hours, then I prefer to fly.
I ditched the (small, fuel-efficient) car last year, and rely on my feet, my bicycle, and public transport. Not missed the car one bit, I'm healthier, and saving a lot of money. Those are better motivations to me than "Green Doom" or whatever the most fashionable view of the day is. |

No I will/would not stop. It hasn't stopped Al Gore, Barbara Streisand, the Democratic Presidential Candidates, or anyone from Hollywood. Until these type put up or shut up, don't ask the common man to do it. |

I'll put it to you this way, it's short and simple, you may not choose to take off inside that plane, but the airplane will still choose to takeoff without you. What i'm trying to say is that its still going to happen no matter what so might as well make the most of it :) |

no , there is no other suitable option so I would travel there by plane if I needed to. Hopefully , airlines will go greener in the future. |

I don't have a choice at the moment. I live in England but I have immediate family in Australia. I also have busniess there, as I'm moving at the end of this year. Once I've moved back I will probably fly less. |

The last bloke to try and canoe across from Australia to NZ didn't make it. I think I will stick to flying. |

nah, I will still use plane to travel overseas.
I think land transports such as: cars and buses are worse in carbon emission than planes |

no, because in the future i hope the planes Will go greener and everything like that, but we will see, but i will probably never because someone everyday gets killed in a car accident, when do you hear about someone getting killed in a plane accident. |

The poluation is in continuation ascendence, that is badly for our Earth. :(
The better way to travel is with your feet or on the sea, or with the bike ... :)
This take's alot of time but is healthy and for the earth to! ;)
