I live in Nyc and I hardly ever fly and my family too.
With all these plane crashes happening I rather drive or just stay home.
Wat about you do you still travel by plane or will you still? why if so

umm. no. not with them fallin all over the place. isn't funny how they never know what the freak cause is. screw that. i'mma take the bus.

I have no plans of flying soon, not because of the crashes, but because of the economy. If I was going to take a trip I would still fly. More people are killed each year with automobile crashes than plane crashes. I have no fear of flying

McDoom
Absolutely i fly. When i go across the country i'd rather spend 4 hours traveling than 40+ hours traveling.

Yep, I'd fly. I think automobile accidents kill as many or more on an average yearly.

We hadn't had many plane crashes in a while. But like the saying goes, misfortune comes in numbers. I'm amazed that we went this long and suddenly had all these plane crashes at the exact same time.

However, I'll still fly when I need to, which isn't to often.

I would risk my life to do so because my dad will have a nervous breakdown maybe if we were to drive to Nevada. I just hope I won't die in plane crashes even though riding on one is really cool to me.

Like some people say.... "Its better safe than sorry~!"

zorro_foxygirl
yes if I have to

Yes I would travel by plane. These plane crashs are making pilots be even more careful. Millions of planes fly out every day. Only 2 of those have crashed in like 1 month. Only one was really bad. The other one nobody died. Go ahead and fly. If you dont you will never want to agian.

I'm flying for spring break which is about one month from now. I had not even thought of that.

C_Millionaire
of course i will. you are far more likely to die driving to the airport than you are of dying in a plane crash. the odds of dying in a plane crash are about 1 in 11 million, the odds of dying in a car crash are about 1 in 5000. the ratio of deaths in car crashes versus plane crashes is more than 500 to 1. in order to statistically be assured of being in a plane crash, you'd have to fly every day for more than 15,000 years

yes i will have to

but i absolutely hate planes. i wish the world was connected without any oceans so we could just drive everywhere.

i hate planes so much.

"All these plane crashes"?

Air travel is safer than it has ever been. The chances of you being in an airplane accident are lower than they have ever been before.

The news media only report accidents; they don't report successful, safe flights. The number of airplane flights has been expanding greatly for years, and for every accident hyped by the media, there are more and more other flights that have no problems at all. So even though you see plane crashes on TV, there are actually fewer accidents per passenger than ever before.

Watching television news can seriously distort reality. Sometimes it's better just to turn the TV off, or you can rapidly become convinced that the world is coming to an end (film at eleven!).

My husband and I were planning a trip to Jamaica for April.. And with all these accidents I feel a little afraid. But you have to thing about it this way... There is more car accidents than planes crashing .... I know that you are up in the air in a plane and less control but still. Think about it.

yes i will try one day all part of my plan heh heh heh

Ahh it doesn't effect my outlook on it really much at all. I mean really the odd's of it happening are staggering. and really if you do die in a plane crash, its just your time. you were meant to die then. thats all there is to it. everybody's gotta die sometime. if thats my way, so be it.

The MC
No i rather go by foot

Mines plz?
