No. Just tell your friend that she just needs to be confident and be secure with herself. I think the main considerations are height, clear skin complexion and passing the screening/interview/exam. |

what in the world is wrong with having a mole on your face?? I'm guessing it must be one of those gigantic, raised, moles. Why would your friend want to work in an profession that would discriminate against her because she has a mole on her face? |

Tell your friend to be proud of her mole (which if is it is on her face I think it is called a beauty mark). Unless she's applying with an airline where looks are really important it shouldn't matter. |
