Buenos Aires - all over. Hang out, go out, eat, drink, shop. Welcome to a city where you can arrive at a party at 4 am and still have to wait for your friends to show up.
Bariloche - yummy chocolate, beautiful scenery, you can hike around
El Calafate - for some iceberg or whatnot. worth your time if you travel through beautiful Chilean Patagonia.
Cordova is fun
Salta, too.
Whale watching somewhere - can't remember where
and I made it all the way to Ushuaia....

Go to "El Viejo Almacen" in Buenos Aires. I'm from Argentina but don't live there anymore, and I can tell you that the tango show I saw there was the most amazing thing I've seen. That was around 2000, and the cost of the show included free drinks, I don't know if they do that anymore ;) Still, it's something worth every penny, IMHO.
