In Argentina how are the Artisanal Helados (ice-cream) differ from the industrial counterpart in general?
They are like ¨hand made¨ or artisanal with all natural ingredients. With real fruit. With real chocolate. With real almonds, nuts, milk jam, and cream. Like a traditional recipe from a great grandma living in a hamish town...mmmm and they are delicious !
Industrial helados are cheaper. They contain chemical substances which replace the natural taste of fruits, almonds, nuts. They contain a lot of animal fat to give the consistence that cream gives to artisanal. And to resume it is all fat and chemical substances. And they don`t taste as good as the others of course.
