remember you do not want to travel to far off,, because public transportation (trains, buses) are not always reliable, so i think going to the city would be your best bet. you would only be about 20-30 minutes from the airport. also with abby, you do not want to be in the middle of no-where and need to change, feed or anything else he/she may need
here are a few ideas:
**try to book a city day tour ( i think this would be best)then go out to eat at the many restaurants in the city
** go to the Buenos Aires Zoo
** go to Plaza De Mayo
** go to one of the many parks in Palermo
** go to Recoleta walk around, see the historical cemetery,have some excellent ice cream at Volcan
**go to Abasto mall they have a nice hand-on childrens museum and amusment park there even though most of it it may be to old for the baby, he/she may like looking
have fun. |

I recommend contacting info@baculturalconcierge.com - they do personalized day planning including transportation and specialization in families with kids. They could probably also arrange a place for your to rest your head a little while you wait. No harm in trying! |
