Yes, you can send it, but he´ll never get it. Customs inspects every single package coming from abroad because of food imports regulations. Also, you´ll have to use either a courier service (they wont accept beans or foods of any sort) or standard mail (delays are considerable and he may never receive the package either because it gets lost or seized). |
