Please check with your customer the following:
(1) 25 49 (I think that it goes altogether 2549)
(2) 1 should stand for "Primer Piso" (first floor)
(3) I just checked with www.correoargentino.com.ar (Argentinian postal service) and the zip code for Sarmiento 2549 is C1045ABA no C1094ABF as stated. The letter "C" in front of the # means "Ciudad" (or City).
So, the address should be:

Primer Piso "D" or (1er Piso "D")
Buenos Aires C1045ABA (there is no need to put the city becuase it is the same as the state in this case).

Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires (city), Buenos Aires(state or provincia).
But if you put Buenos Aires only, all people know you are talking about the city.
Then put
Sarmiento 2549 1ro D C1045ABA Buenos Aires- Argentina
You don't need to check, cause i know Sarmiento St and is in Buenos Aires City
