Buenos Aires has many gyms, Buenos Aires is a huge city so it kinda depends on where you are staying. Expect to pay around 60 to 200 pesos a month. Most gyms I find are not happy with the casual visitor, but some do have daily and weekly passes - search them and call them, but here's just a few as we assume you are looking for a gym in Buenos Aires City:

Gimnasio Liberty - Serrano 2405
Gimnasio Club Almagro - Medrano 522
Gimnasio Costa Rica Gym - Costa Rica 4863
Gimnasio Ayup - Serrano 1974
Gimnasio Palermo Gym - Serrano 1976
Gimnasio el Garage Gym - Córdoba 4159
Gimnasio Always - Paraguay 4439, Tel: 4831-4164
Magic Center Club - Dorrego 2880, Tel: 4772-3016
Ocean Training Center - Zabala 1736 P 1° y 2°, Tel: 4777-3774
Sport Center - Ugarteche 2896

Clients of http://www.buenosairesstay.com get a discount at 4 gyms in Buenos Aires.

They are expensive. But it depends where you are email these people they have an ugly site but the best information on the net http://www.buenosairesstay.com/bastay/generico.php?carpeta=ing&fuente=barrios_listado.htm
